About Us
Establish in 1966, the Company had initially started the business RORO (roll-on/roll-off) fleets and operated in Indonesia sea water and obtained authorization
as a Sea Transportation Company ("SIUPAL") No. BXXV-793/AL.58 dated of March 11th, 2002 from the Directorate General of Sea Transportation of the Ministry
of Transportation.
In December 2022, the Company was taken over by new owners and management team. The Company new management team consists of experienced and dedicated persons
for more than one decade handling numerous domestic and international clients, mostly coal major.
Our Strength not only lies in experience but also in the close relationship we have established with the Shippers, Miners, Related Government Companies,
fleet owners, Shipping Agencies and our core operation is based in Indonesia.
We value our stakeholder relationship highly and their interests are always in our hearts.
Services
Currently we provide Fleets chartering by chartering out our vessels for charterer’s on a range of terms, including short-term time charter, medium-term time charter and long-term time charter basis, as well as spot charter and the Contract of Affreightment (COA).
